Oxen and Wagon
Two Oxen were pulling a loaded wagon along a road. It was very hard work. The road was full of holes and the wagon was heavy and hard to pull. The oxen had to strain every muscle in their body to make the wagon move. Behind them, the wagon was making a great noise, complaining all the time. Suddenly, one of the oxen couldn‘t stand the dreadful noise being made by the wagon. He looked back over his aching shoulder and said:
“What have you got to complain about? My brother and I are doing all the work!“
Those who complain most are usually those who suffer the least.
