Sister of Sultan Ala-ud-Din Mujahid, who was murdered by his cousin, Daud, in 1378, she swore to revenge her murdered brother and refused to compromise in the accession of Daud to the Bahmani throne. She also caused his eldest son, San jar, to be blinded to prevent his accession to the throne, and her uncle Muharnad Shah II became the new ruler with her concurrence.
