Subject: Complaint about the bad condition of roads in the city
Respected Madam,
I have an important matter to bring into your kind attention. I would like to bring into your notice the bad condition of roads in our city. Most time of the year, the roads are dug up. This has caused many problems for both traffic as well as people walking on the footpaths.
In the evening, traffic has to be diverted. Old, women and children have to suffer the most, especially after it gets dark. People walking on the footpath find it very difficult to walk safely because of the dugouts. There is always a danger of falling into the pits. We request the authorities in charge of the road development and maintenance to consider the seriousness of the situation and understand the difficulties of the pedestrians. They may take some quick steps to improve the condition. Let us have faith in them that our roads will soon be wider, smoother and well maintained to increase the beauty of the city.
Yours sincerely,
Ramniklal
