Sub.: Poor Quality of Biscuits
Dear Sir,
This is to inform you that our school has been your old and regular customer for the past 3 years. The biscuits which we give to our children as a part of their mid-day meal come from your confectionary. But it came as a big shock for us that the quality of the biscuits sent by you is extremely bad. The biscuits were not at all crispy and good in taste. Some of them were badly crushed and even the packing of some was torn.
Sir, this has been an extremely bad experience. We are responsible for our students’ health and expect you to feel responsible in the same manner. Such poor-quality biscuits can cause adverse health problems in them. Thus I would like you to kindly check the matter and replace the same. I hope you will look into the matter at the earliest and would not give us any scope of complaint in future.
