Sub.: Reservation of a Bogie
Sir,
The student’s forum of our school has decided to send a group of 80 students to Chennai and nearby places to see the worth seeing spots during the coming summer vacation. It will be an educational tour for the benefit of students. They will have a glimpse of India, its people, their manners, its cultural heritage etc. They will be accompanied by the Principal, two teachers and three attendants. The group will leave Delhi on the 10th April for Chennai by in a Deccan Express reserved bogie. They will come back on 15th March by the train.
Our govt. lays much stress on the necessity of taking these educational trips. Please confirm if a bogie can be reserved for them on the above dates. Confirmation at your end will enable the school authorities to finalise other necessary arrangements.
You are requested to supply the details of estimated expenditure with student’s concession so that money may be deposited well in time.
