An air ionizer is a device which artificially creates negatively charged ions and puts them into the atmosphere (a high negative voltage of about 5000V will make this kind of ions). These ions then may be used to curb air pollution in a domestic sector by getting rid of air borne
smoke, dust and pathogens. Moreover, research suggests that negatively charged ions are beneficial to the human health. Thus, the ionizer is an air purifier and an effective health enhancer.
