The Song of A Crow
Once a cunning fox saw a crow sitting on the high branch of a tree with a piece of cake in his beak. He went and sat under the tree and began thinking of some possible way to make the crow drop the piece of cake on the ground.
The fox thought of a ruse and said to the crow, “My dear, you have everything : strength, wisdom , and good looks. Only if you had a melodious voice you would have been all perfect.”
In order not to let down his vanity and ego, the crow began to sing; and , as soon as, he opened his beak the piece of cake fell on the ground. The fox grabbed it at once. Then he said to the crow, “You are more imperfect in the sense that your ego is bigger than your wisdom.”
