School Library and Its Importance
What is a school library? A school library is a library within the school premises for use by the students and the teachers.
Students can gain knowledge by reading school library books. Every educational institution has a library of its own.
Importance: There are different types of books in the library. These books are costly and the students get the opportunity to read such rich treasures of wisdom.
Students can consult various books and make academic notes. In this way, they can prepare themselves for examination.

General rules of School Library: There are certain rules of the school library.
Maintain silence: The first rule is the golden rule of silence. While studying in the reading room, students are not permitted to talk or disturb others in any way.
Careful handling of books: Besides this rule of silence, students are to handle the books carefully. Students are not to deface or damage the books lent to them.
