Salima Banu Begum
Salima Banu Begum, later 17th cent., Mughal princess. Daughter of Sulaiman Shikoh (d. 1662), the son of Dara Shikoh, she was married to Aurangzeb’s youngest son, Muhammad Akbar (d. 1704) who had rebelled against his father in 1681 and fled to Iran. Her son, Nekusiyar, was briefly raised to the throne in 1719.
