Thank you very much for being a regular customer of Shopmart Online. I am sorry that you were delivered a defective item by our company. You don’t need to worry as our exchange policy is very simple and customer friendly. Let me tell you in brief:

You may return for an exchange within 30 days of delivery, so long as it is unworn, unwashed, without stains, undamaged and with all original tags still attached.

We will replace the product with a new one or if you want to cancel the order, the money will be refunded back to you within 15 days.
