Sir,
We, the students of Shri Rama Vidya Niketan Delhi, are on an excursion for Chennai. We have got our berths booked in G.T. Express. We are leaving Delhi in the evening of 21st April and will reach the Nagpur at 12.13 P.M. next day.
It will be a long journey from Delhi to Chennai and we require good and nutritious food while travelling. Through this letter I wish to request you to make garments of sixty food packets for our excursion team and there be supplied to us when the train reach Nagpur on 22nd April. Our bogie number is B-I sleeper.
I am enclosing a cheque of 10,000 here with please confirm the request at the earliest.
