National Research for Conservation of Cultural Property (NRLC)
The National Research Laboratory for Conservation of Cultural Property (NRLC) is a premier institution of its kind in South of South-East Asia. It was established in 1976, by the Department of Culture, Government of India, to carry out research in the methods of conservation and for providing technical assistance and training to other museums, archaeological departments and related institutions. NRLC also conducts various training courses and workshops for conservators as well as for curators.
