Amrita Prabha,f1. ca. 900 A.D., Princess of Kashmir. Daughter of a king of Assam, she chose Meghavahana, a ruler of Kashmir, in a svayambara. She is famous for the vihara called Amritabhavana, which she built near Srinagar, for the stay of Buddhist pilgrims.
