“Where are the Cardinal bird found?” Important Questions and Answers for Class 9, Class 10, Class 11 and Class 12

Where are the Cardinal bird found?

One of the best known of the American finches is the Cardinal, which is smaller than a thrush, but has the typical conical bill of a finch. The males are red all over except for some black around the base of the bill. The Cardinal can be readily distinguished from some of the tanagers which it superficially resembles, by its characteristic crest and heavy red bill. It is non-migratory and is found chiefly in the states of South of the Great Lakes.
