Article on ‘The need of having more Women in the Police Force’
Today the time has changed. Women are coming out of the house and doing jobs. Their role is not confined now to the four walls of the house. Now they are educated, efficient and responsible. But inspite of all this the no. of women in the police force seems insufficient. But on the other hand the no. of women in terrorist activity is increasing. It looks very strange that women have not given their due share in police force. Keeping in view the increasing no. of women in terrorists, it is desirable to recruit a good no. of women in police force. It will give them a boost in their career and also help in fighting women terrorists. Govt. should look into the matter and necessary steps to recruit the women in police force should be taken. They are doing good work in all walks of life. So there is no question of keeping them out of the police force.
