Sub: Replacement of the Defective Mobile Phone
Dear,
I am a resident of 65, P.H. Road, Mangalore. I purchased a Mobile phone Nokia 6100, from your showroom The Phone Point’ last month vide receipt no. 0523 dated 10th February. The handset was bought with a warranty of one year. It worked smoothly for nearly 20 days. Of late, I discovered that there is something wrong with its speaker. Whenever I call or receive a call neither mine nor the caller’s voice is audible even though its camera is not working properly. I would thus request you to kindly help me out in rectifying the defect if it can be done or else please replace the handset against the warranty that goes with it.
“The Phone Point” enjoys a great reputation and goodwill in the market. I would highly appreciate it if you would look into the matter at the earliest and do the needful. Looking forward to your early response.
Your’s sincerely
Navneet
