Respected Sir/ Mam,
I am pleased to learn that you have been showing a keen interest in your daughter’s progress at school. I am informing you through this letter about her progress in her studies.
Zinaifer is certainly trying to make up in Marathi and Hindi, but I feel she will take some more time and attention to catch up with the rest of the class. She even finds Geometry a little tough, but I am paying individual attention to her. I hope she will follow the concepts with the rest of the class, especially the theorems.
I am sure that with a private tuition in Marathi, Hindi and Geometry,she will be able to do well in her coming final examination. However, I have noticed that Zinaifer has a flair for singing and drawing. She should not be stopped but encouraged for the same in her free time. Moreover, I believe that she requires little supervision and assistance at home for completing her schoolwork.
I am happy to inform you that Zinaifer is a polite and well-behaved girl. If you need more information about your daughter’s progress in school, you are most welcome to meet me during the recess time. I am sure that you will appreciate this information.
