Dear Sir,
With due respect, I beg to say that I am a student of Class IX/D, Roll no. 46 of your school. Every day, I come to school from my town. The school is nearly thirty miles far from my residence. In rainy season it is very difficult to travel. Rail tracks are flooded of at many places, making me late for first couple of periods. Even during chilling winter, I cannot reach the school in time.
Therefore, I request you to be kind enough to grant me a seat in our school hostel and oblige. I assure you to maintain complete discipline during my stay in the hostel.
